Cupini's & KC Lyric Opera Cooking Class

This will be a unique event focusing on the Operas

Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci.

The evening includes short performances by two of the participating opera singers.

Franco Cupini will do a short presentation in regard to Italian influence on the Kansas City Culture.

You will learn a Sicilian toast, and we will teach you a Sicilian song that we will sing together at the end of the evening.

This will be held on Cupini's newly renovated, covered outdoor patio.

Menu for the evening: 1. Caponata and Crostini 2. Cozze Ripiiene (baked mussels) paired with Callandro Grillo 3. Rotolo Cassata Siciliana paired with Corvo Pinot Noir 4. Carcio Fini Fritti (Fried Artichokes) paired with D'Avalo Syrah 5. Canoli with a shot of Cupini's Limoncello
